Little Hearts, Lifelong Connection

As both an author and someone passionate about children's emotional wellbeing, I have always believed that some of life's greatest lessons are learned in the smallest moments.

A kind word.

A helping hand.

A shared smile.

These everyday moments quietly shape the people our children become.

That belief inspired me to create Little Hearts Connection - a collection of beautifully illustrated affirmation and conversation cards designed to nurture kindness, confidence, empathy and emotional intelligence in young children.

Why I Created Little Hearts Connection

Over the years, I have worked with children, families and adults, and one thing has become increasingly clear: emotional wellbeing doesn't begin in adulthood - it begins in childhood.

Children are constantly learning how to understand themselves, relate to others and navigate the world around them. While schools teach important academic skills, qualities like kindness, gratitude, resilience, compassion and confidence are developed through everyday conversations and experiences.

I wanted to create a resource that made those conversations simple, enjoyable and meaningful.

Little Hearts Connection was born from that vision.
